Pay: Salary starting of $50,000 and up based on qualifications and experience plus commission
Bonus program based on quarterly production and sales performance.
Duration/Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time, 40 to 50 Hours Per Week
Shift/ Work Days: First Shift – 8AM to 5PM

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing EPI’s patented concrete stay in place form system from start to finish. This involves creating documentation for production, project layouts and managing the form department. This position supports internal and external customers by gaining mastery of the use and installation of the PVC form system.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret residential and/or commercial blueprints and specifications.
• Manage projects with customers directly to ensure accurate and timely receipt of materials
• Prepares form wall components system layouts and take off lists for both contractor installation and manufacturing requirements for projects either by use of order processing programs or conventional hand drafting methods.
• Monitor form product inventory and coordinate with Production Manager
• Support sales team with expertise of EPI forms to new and existing customers
• Participates in customer presentations if needed
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects and designers to integrate form wall components into project designs specific to the geographic regions of North America
• Leads new order design review meetings and provides input regarding constructability with sales and customer about project
• Visits jobsites if needed to instruct successful installation of forms ensuring a successful build
• Attend trade shows if needed
• Create marketing and “how-to” materials to better help customers understand the use and installation of EPI’s stay in place concrete form system.
