Extrutech PVC Wall and Ceiling Panels. Since founded in 1992,  Extrutech Plastics, Inc. (EPI) has developed a reputation as a leader in the production of PVC Wall and Ceiling Liner Panels.  Extrutech (Poly Board) PVC Wall and Ceiling Panels are manufactured in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Using only American sourced raw material known for its quality for our exterior-food grade PVC Panels. EPI (Poly Board) panels are available in three different widths: 12” W (P1300), 16” W (P1600), and 24” W (P2400). They have a smooth and reflective surface suitable for improving light quality within a space. Panels are 1/2″ thick and available from 4’ – 20’ lengths, cut to the inch.  We have a wide array of accompanying trims which run at 8’ – 16’ lengths.  The 12″ (P1300) panel is available in several colors as show below, with custom color services are also available.

INDUSTRY REGULATIONS MET BY OUR CEILING AND WALL PANELS

We engineer our wall and ceiling panels to meet and exceed a variety of industry standards to ensure they offer reliable performance even in the harshest of industrial applications. Some of the standards we target are:

  • ASTM D3273/D3274. ASTM D3273 outlines the standard test method for determining the resistance of a material to mold, fungi, and mildew growth in optimal growth conditions. ASTM D3274 outlines the standard rating system for evaluating a material’s resistance to mold, fungi, and mildew growth in ASTM D3273 testing environments.
  • ASTM E84-09. ASTM E84-09 is the standard test method for measuring the speed at which a flame spreads across the surface of a material and the amount of smoke developed as the material burns. It is used to assess the surface burning characteristics of materials, such as the finishes on interior wall and ceiling surfaces.
    Extrutech Panels meet Class A rating on the smoke and flame Index.
  • CAN/ULC S102.2-03. CAN/ULC S102.2–03 is the Canadian equivalent of ASTM E84-09. It is primarily focused on determining the burning characteristics of flooring, floor coverings, and other miscellaneous floor and ceiling materials. Extrutech Panels meet Class A rating on the smoke and flame Index.

  • ICC-ES Evaluation Report –ESR-4583 provides a standardized report of testing done and that products comply with listed building code requirements.
